Crowe Morgan welcomes new team members

Crowe Morgan are pleased to welcome the following new staff as follows:

Hope Chirengwa – Assistant Manager
Hope is a Fellow with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and is part of the audit and accounting team at Crowe Morgan. Hope has 8 years’ experience in audit, financial reporting and financial due diligence. Before joining Crowe Morgan, Hope worked for big four firms in the Isle of Man and Harare. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honors Degree with the Oxford Brookes University. In his spare time, Hope is a keen sportsman, with membership at local squash, cricket and diving clubs. Hope is enjoying the role, especially the teamwork involved in providing a solution to help our clients.

Rosie Bridge – Assistant Manager
Rosie was born and educated on the Isle of Man, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Following qualification, Rosie worked at another local accountancy firm in general practice. She also undertook a 6 month contract based in an accountancy practice in Melbourne, Australia. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys travelling and has visited a grand total of 56 countries. Rosie is looking forward to gaining a wide range of experience from working within the CSP industry, and enjoys the variety of work CM has to offer.

Richard Challoner
Richard qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young in the Isle of Man. Until recently, Richard was employed as a financial controller within the horse racing industry. Prior to that, he studied Economics at the University of Nottingham. Richard enjoys mountain biking, the countryside, farming and walking in his spare time. CM is giving Richard an insight into the day to day operations of our clients and how we can add value to their business.

Gareth Quayle – Compliance Assistant
Gareth was born and educated on the Isle of Man, and has joined us from an international pension provider where he provided support to members and professional advisors. Gareth is delighted CM has the opportunities for him to develop professionally, and will be undertaking his ICA Diploma in Compliance, Risk and Corporate Governance. In his spare time, Gareth enjoys cycling.

Amy Speed – ACCA Trainee
Amy joins us from the Complaints Department at a local bank. Prior to this, Amy studied Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire. In her spare time Amy likes to travel, play football and hockey. Amy enjoys the variety of tasks CM has to offer, and variety of clients within our client base. She appreciates the support from colleagues and team work involved in some projects, the ability to develop interpersonal skills such as employing different communication styles as well as gaining a wide knowledge of the finance sector.

Kamila Lewandowska – ACCA Trainee

Kamila joins us from a customer facing role within a coffee-house on the island. Prior to this, she graduated from the Wroclaw University of Economics in Poland. In her spare time she enjoys reading, mountain biking, cycling, CrossFit and volleyball. Kamila is looking forward to progressing her career in accountancy, a career she has wanted to move into since graduating from high school.

Cameron Inglis – CAT Trainee
Cameron undertook his first year of studies in maths at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Cameron made the decision to apply for a job instead completing his degree. During his spare time he plays rugby and play guitar. Cameron appreciates the professional development that CM has to offer, and the variety that comes with no two days ever being the same.

Maddison Elley – CAT Trainee
Maddison joins us from a local bank. Her hobbies outside of work include travel and experiencing different cultures. Maddison appreciates the professional development CM has to offer and the feeling of accomplishment in a job well done.

Charlie Faulds – CAT Trainee
Charlie previously worked in a catering company on the Isle of Man. He looks forward to the variety of work CM has to offer, and is already enjoying the many aspects of accountancy that he is being introduced to. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys sea kayaking.
